Mariners provides Girl Scouts in grades 8-12 an opportunity to engage in high-adventure outdoor activities – in, on and around water! And what could be more adventurous than catching the wind, riding the waves or cruising with the current?
Girls will begin their Mariner journey by completing the requirements to earn their Mariner Membership Pin. Once they’ve earned their pin, they will have the opportunity to take the lead and determine which one of two paths they want to take to complete Advanced Mariner Skill Development – Mariner Skill Development or Mariner Proficiency Ratings.
