Want to share your love for Girl Scouts with others and your community?
We invite all Daisy through Ambassador Girl Scouts who are currently registered members of Girl Scouts of Central Maryland to take part in the annual Uniform Day Event on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Celebrate all you are through Girl Scouts and show your Girl Scout spirit and pride by wearing your uniform to school, whether participating in school in-person or at home.
How to Participate:
* Wear your Girl Scout Uniform to your in-person, virtual, or home school or bus stop to show your Girl Scout spirit and pride!
* Have a parent/caregiver take a photo of you at school or your bus stop and have them send it to us.
* On Uniform Day, tell others such as friends/classmates (whether they are Girl Scouts or not yet Girl Scouts), teachers, and school administrators what you love about Girl Scouts.
* Receive a participation patch which you can add to the back of your Girl Scout vest or sash (patches are given out by your troop leader several weeks after the event).
How to Send Us Your Uniform Day Photo:
Parents/Caregivers please upload your Girl Scout's Uniform Day photo by the deadline of 11:59 PM on Monday, October 5, 2026. If submitting for more than one Girl Scout, please complete separate forms to limit confusion and ensure each girl receives a patch. If parents/caregivers are unable to upload their Girl Scout's photo, a troop leader may do so on behalf of the parent/caregiver, however, troop leaders cannot grant permission for the Girl Scout's photo to be used in GSCM publications/social media. Additionally, if troop leaders submit photos, they must send a separate submission/photo for each Girl Scout as we are unable to accept one submission for an entire troop/group.
Access to the link where one may upload the photo will be available at www.gscm.org starting after midnight on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Upload photos by 11:59 PM Monday, October 5, 2026 to qualify.

Location: Happening in all areas of GSCM
Badge/Patch Note: Participating GSCM Girl Scouts who send in their Girl Scout Uniform Day photo by the deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026 will receive a patch. Patches will be distributed to Service Units in January 2027 to be given to those troops who had Girl Scouts participate in the day. Individually registered GSCM Girl Scouts who participate will receive their patch via mail.
