Location: Pasadena; Anne Arundel County
Outdoor Cooking Skills PLUS Friendly Competition: The event will begin with demonstrations of many different outdoor cooking methods and fire building skills. Troops will then compete as teams, using a box of "secret" ingredients, to fix a dinner using only those ingredients. Each team will prepare a plate for the judges (our own Green Hat Girl Scouts) in addition to their own dinner, to be judged for taste, creativity, presentation, and one secret category. Girls must be supervised by leadership. Individual registrants will be placed in groups for the competition
Special Notes: Troop/Group Leaders must attend with troops/groups and have appropriate girl/adult supervision ratio (this is NOT a drop-off event/activity. At least one (1) parent/caregiver must attend with an individually registered Girl Scouts (this is not a drop-off event/activity).
