Learn about the fascinating world of bugs as part of our Creatures
and Critters year. Our Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador girls have
planned activities for girls to earn the Brownie Bugs badge and the
Junior photography badge. Limited number of slots available for
Junior Aide. Please note that Junior Aides will need to attend a
prep session ahead of the event. They will also need to arrive
early and stay for clean up as part of their learning experience.
What to Bring: Attendees will need to
bring water bottle and wear clothing they can get messy in. Juniors
working on the photography badge will need to bring a digital camera
or another device that takes pictures (e.g., phone, I-pad, etc.).
Please do not bring uniforms so they aren't lost or get messy from the
activities. Troop leaders must bring permission slip and health forms
to the event in case of emergency.
Note: All adults attending must be registered with GSCM and have a background check. Troop should ensure supervision ratios; please do not bring extra adults as there is limited space. No refunds available. Troop/Group Leaders must attend with troops/groups and have appropriate girl/adult supervision ratio (this is NOT a drop-off event/activity-- No Tag-alongs). At least 1 parent/caregiver must attend with an individually registered Girl Scout (this is NOT a drop-off event/activity. No tag-a-longs).
