Reserve a Camp Property
To give the Leaders and Event Directors more flexibility and to make the reservation process easier, properties can now be reserved at any time. Requests to use the property no longer has a postmark date and you don’t have to wait to reserve a site. Just download and complete form 07-118 Request for use of Council Owned Site. Submit your request and deposit for the dates you’d like. It’s quick, simple and easy. If your date is not available you will be notified and offered other date options.
Leaders that wish to take their troops camping must complete the Basic Troop Camping or Advanced Troop Camping trainings. Visit our Volunteer Training page to learn more about these trainings.

Girl Scouts of Central Maryland’s summer resident camp offers girls the chance to experience the outdoors in a safe and caring community, to explore the world around them and to thrive in an environment where each girl will build courage, confidence and character!
Our overnight camps offer a wide variety of exciting program opportunities for girls entering grades 2-12. Program lengths range from two nights to three weeks and there’s something for everyone. During her stay at camp, your camper will be busy with swimming, boating, arts and crafts, sports, hiking, nature exploration, songs, cook-outs, campfires and all-camp activities.
Summer resident camp is held at Camp Conowingo in Cecil County.
