An immersive and interactive event for our Junior Girl Scouts headed into Middle School. At this event, 5th grade girls will learn how to navigate the transition to Middle School. Hosted at an actual Middle School, this event provides a unique opportunity for the girls to hear direcrtly from 6th - 8th graders who will share their personal experiences, insights and what they can look forward to in the coming years.
Caregivers and parents will participate in breakout sessions that delve into the developmental changes their daughters will experience during these transformative years.. Offering valuable guidance on how to support them effectively are Cadette leaders, a principal, a Middle School teacher and a Counsellor.
In addition to the informative sessions, the conference will emphasize self-care and the importance of mental health ensuring that both girls and their caregiveres understand the significance of well-being at this time. C3 is all about equipping girls and their support network with the knowledge and confidence to make the transition a positive and empowering experience.
