- Monday, January 28: Service Unit level managers traning begins. Downlaod the Sweet Success calendar for specific dates in your area.
- From Monday, February 4 to Friday, February 22 SU Sweet Success Managers train troops - Be sure to check with your SUM for your specific dates and times. IF YOUR TROOP DOES NOT HAVE A SUM, be sure to attend the training on Tuesday, February 19.
- Friday, February 29 the Sweet Success Sale begins. Use your extra day in February this Leap Year to sell even more!
- Tuesday, March 25 the Sweet Success Sale ends.
- Troop orders are due to SUM on Wednesay, March 26 and Thursday, March 27. Be sure to talk to your SUM to find out when YOUR troop's orders are due.
- Friday, March 28: SUM orders are due to GSCM by 3:00 p.m.
- Friday, April 11 to Monday, April 14: Depot deliveries to SUMs
- Tuesday, April 15: Cupboards open; download calendar for locations and contacts
- Friday, May 2: Cupboards close
- Friday, May 9: Final monies due to GSCM
- From Monday, May 12 to Wednesday, May 14: Troop final reports are due to SUM. Be sure to talk to your SUM to find out when YOUR troop's final orders are due.
- Thursday, May 15: SUM final reports are due to GSCM by 5:00 p.m.
