Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations and refund requests require 30 days written notice prior to the first day of the reservation. To cancel a reservation, please email There are no refunds issued for no-shows. Girl Scouts of Central Maryland reserves the right to cancel reservations due to site maintenance issues, site damage, errors in reservations or for other reasons. Girl Scouts of Central Maryland will issue a refund for 100% of the rental fee. Any changes to a reservation must be made in writing to the Program Registrar, Connie Adams, This includes adjustments to arrival and departure times, extended reservations and/or cancellations.
