The Girl Scout Silver Award is the second highest award a girl may earn in Girl Scouts. The Girls Scout Silver Award Project takes hard work and a lot of planning and preparation!
Girls are strongly encouraged to attend a Girl Scout Silver Award Workshop to learn the steps necessary to earn this award and to plan how to achieve the Girl Scout Silver Award. (It is not mandatory for girls or adults!!!)
2007/2008 Silver Award Workshop schedule

We understand the large number of girls that are interested in taking the training. We are working hard to add more training in all areas. Watch for new ones and sign up early, they fill quickly!!
GIRLS: Just bring your IDEAS, QUESTIONS and PLANS!
This workshop is intended to help girls understand the requirements necessary to earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, as well as help girls strategize about the Girl Scout Silver Award project possibilities.
Girls and Project Advisors attend workshops at the same location, date and time, but are trained separately. Adult Project Advisors register through Adult Training. Register online at www.gscm.org, click on “online registration.”
