Camp Woodlands

Camp Woodlands is a 34 acre site located on Broad Creek which, after joining South River, flows into the Chesapeake Bay. This wooded camp, located just outside Annapolis, was acquired by the Girl Scouts in 1944. The TeePee (Lambs Lodge), a 12 sided polygon with a central fireplace, received an Award of Merit from the American Institute of Architects in 1954.

FROM THE BALTIMORE BELTWAY Take Exit 4, Interstate 97 South. I-97 becomes Route 50 East. Take exit 22, Aris T. Allen Blvd. (Rt. 665). Stay to the right. Exit south onto Riva Road. Travel less that two miles. Camp Woodlands will be on your right across from a large Greek Orthodox Church.
Parking: Park in the first lot near the road. Proceed on foot.
