Ensure that Juliette Gordon Low’s legacy lives on in central Maryland.
Central Maryland’s first Girl Scout troop, the Pikesville Poppies, was established in 1913. Since then the tradition of Girl Scouting has remained constant throughout the region. Currently Girl Scouts of Central Maryland serves 25,000 girls with the assistance of over 10,000 dedicated adult volunteers. Girl Scouts is the only organization solely dedicated to empowering girls to become leaders in and outside the home; in their schools, communities and beyond. GSCM strives to provide cutting-edge programs that help girls develop courage, confidence and character—essential characteristics of leaders. It costs less than $0.60 a day to sponsor a girl for a year (@$212.81 per year). Your donation today will help empower a girl for years to come. In celebration of Girl Scout week and Girl Scouts’ birthday, please consider making a donation today.
