GSCM Adult Awards

GSCM Daisy Award
For member and non-member Adults who serve troops, communities, counties, council or Girl Scouting in a supporting role. Examples: Troop Committee, Cookie Manager, Event Director, community person volunteering on behalf of Girl Scouting. Serving in that role for more than one year. Submit Form 06-118

Outstanding Leader
For outstanding troop leadership that merits recognition by the
geographic/service unit. Must have completed Girl Scout required leadership training; two letters of endorsement and Form 06-101.

Outstanding Volunteer
For Adult Members with outstanding service beyond the expectations of the position that benefits the geographic/service unit and warrants area wide recognition. Given to outstanding operational adults other than leaders.

Submit Form 06-119

Special Supporter Certificate
To honor groups or individuals who have supported Girl Scouting in communities within a council jurisdiction.
Submit form 06-121.

EverGreen Award
Is given to members as a presentation and appreciation of their longevity of membership of 50+ years in Girl Scouting.

 

GSUSA Adult Awards
Require Approval by GSCM Board of Directors

Appreciation Pin
To recognize outstanding service to at least one geographic/service unit.
Two (2) letters of endorsement. Submit Form 06-116.


Honor Pin

To recognize outstanding service to two or more geographic/service units. Three (3) letters of endorsement.
Submit Form 06-120.

Thanks Badge
To recognize outstanding service that benefits the total council orentire Girl Scout organization. Four (4) letters of endorsement.
Submit Form 06-104.

Thanks Badge II
To recognize continued outstanding service given by Thanks Badge recipients. Four (4) letters of endorsement.
Submit Form 06-104b.

President’s Award
To recognize a geographic/service unit in moving its area or
audience toward council goals. Award presented in Fall of the program year following the one in which criteria are met. Ten defined criteria in Adult.
